Once the order is shipped, the Client will receive by e-mail a tracking number.
Orders ship from France and the United Kingdom. For orders outside of the EU, all applicable duties are liable to the customer. Kindly note that we cannot estimate these. Please consult your local customs office for further information. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ascertain and pay taxes and duties in order to obtain the shipment. 491 cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Your Products will be delivered to the shipping address you provided when you placed your order, unless otherwise agreed between 491 and the Client.
Delivery is possible only for the destinations proposed on the Website. If your delivery address is geographically remote, or difficult to access, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver at such address. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or similar addresses.
In the event the Client wishes to designate another carrier than the one proposed by 491, the Products will travel at the Client's risk.

Delivery times are given as an indication. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Delivery times indicated by the carrier shall be given under the sole responsibility of the latter.
Delivery only includes the delivery of the Product to the address indicated in the order, except in exceptional cases where delivery will be made to a relay point.
Most deliveries are curbside deliveries, which means that the shipment will be handed to you upon signature, at your door.
If, upon delivery, the exterior appearance of the package is not perfect, we ask you to open it in the presence of the carrier, in order to check the condition of the delivered Products. In the event of damage to the Products, please provide a specific description on the delivery note. Any complaint must also be accompanied by one or more photographs of the package and/or the damaged Products.
We invite you to inform us immediately of any damage observed on the Products when they are delivered.
If the delivery is processed by a carrier, 491 may not be held responsible for any delay that would be due exclusively to unavailability of the Client, after several appointments proposals.
491 reserves the right not to register a payment or to cancel an order or a part of an order for any reason whatsoever. In particular in case of supply issues, and/or unusual/fraudulent orders or orders placed in bad faith.
