In accordance with articles L.221-18 and seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you have a period of 14 calendar days from delivery of the Products to exercise your withdrawal right without the need to justify your reasons or to pay any penalties.

Your right of withdrawal shall be exercised by informing us of your decision to withdraw, before the end of the 14-day period above, by sending us the withdrawal form featured below, or any other unambiguous statement of your will to withdraw your order.

When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, it will be extended to the following working day.

Should the Client decide to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, returns expenses shall be borne by the Client, unless otherwise specified.

The Product shall be returned with no excessive delay, and not later than 14 days following the communication by the Client of his/her decision to exercise his/her right of withdrawal.

Each Product shall be returned in its initial state when the order was placed, with its original packaging.

The return must be accompanied by the return form made available to the Client by 491, duly completed. The return must be made by the carrier designated by 491, using the return label provided by 491.

All returns are subject to validation and acceptance by our quality control department.

In case of deterioration of the Product, resulting from any handling other than those strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and good state of the Product. 491 reserves the right to refuse to reimburse the Product. 491 shall not process to any refund if the Products returned by the Client are not consistent with the Products ordered or have another origin than the Website.

Items from the same order must be returned in a single shipment.

The refund of the returned Products, will be credited via the payment method used at the time of purchase. In view of the shipping costs of our Products, delivery costs shall not be refunded.

491 reserves the right to consider as null and void any return that has not been made in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, and to refuse said return. In this case, no refund shall be made and all costs shall be borne by the Client.

In case of partial return of the Products, the delivery costs, if any shall not be refunded, since the Client has benefitted from the delivery service for the Products retained.

We will process to the refund within 14 days at the latest, as of the date we acknowledge receipt of the returned Products, provided these Products are declared compliant further to our quality control.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the returned Products are received and the refund is processed.

You will be the only person allowed to exercise this right of withdrawal. If you asked that the order be delivered to a third party, this right may not be exercised by the consignee of your order.

If you refuse to pay duty and a Product is shipped back to us and arrives safely, we will refund you the price of the Product, minus any additional cost of return shipping. If the package is abandoned because duty is not accepted we are unable to refund you for the lost goods. If the Product is returned damaged or broken we will not be able to refund you for the lost goods.
