491 has a 14-day return policy. All products must be sent back within 14 calendar days from when the order is delivered, in accordance with the Hamon law (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.) When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, it will be extended to the following working day. The Product shall be returned with no excessive delay, and not later than 14 days following the communication by the Client of his/her decision to exercise his/her right of withdrawal.

The Client should inform us of the withdrawal by sending us a form including:
- Reason for returning
- Date of order
- Name of the Client
- Address of the Client
- Signature of the Client (only if the present form is transmitted in the paper form)
- Date

Please note that returns expenses shall be borne by the Client.
Each Product shall be returned in its initial state when the order was placed, with its original packaging.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the returned Products are received and the refund is processed.

All returns are subject to validation and acceptance by our quality control department. In case of deterioration of the Product, resulting from any handling other than those strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and good state of the Product. 491 reserves the right to refuse to reimburse the Product.

491 cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Client's identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.

If you refuse to pay duty and a Product is shipped back to us and arrives safely, we will refund you the price of the Product, minus any additional cost of return shipping. If the package is abandoned because duty is not accepted we are unable to refund you for the lost goods. If the Product is returned damaged or broken we will not be able to refund you for the lost goods.
